Wentee Team (“we,” “our,” or “the Team”) operates the Wentee mobile application (“Wentee” or “the App”). · Usage Metrics: Details about your interaction with the App, including feature engagement (e.g., which tools you access), session duration, frequency of App openings, and actions taken (e.g., saving configurations or sharing content).
· Device Specifications: Information about the device used to access Wentee, such as device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., UUID), and network connectivity details (e.g., WiFi or cellular status).
· Location Data (Optional): Only collected if you enable location permissions on your device, and solely to support location-dependent features (e.g., localized recommendations). You may disable this permission at any time via your device’s settings, ceasing further location data collection.
We use your information exclusively to enhance the App’s value and your experience, with the following purposes:

No Biometric Processing
Wentee does not collect, extract, or analyze any biometric identifiers. The app does not conduct facial recognition, map facial feature points, or create identity records from photos.
Purpose of Photo Usage
Uploaded photos are used solely to generate AI-powered ID photo outputs. The processing is limited to adjusting visual style, background, and attire presentation in order to provide professional-grade photo results. It does not involve personal identity verification or biometric evaluation.
Data Storage and Deletion
Original images and generated ID photos remain within the user’s local device storage, where they can be reviewed or removed at any time by the user. Any temporary processing files created during photo generation are automatically discarded once the task is completed, with no further action required.
We implement reasonable and industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction:
· Encryption of data in transit (via SSL/TLS protocols) and at rest (using secure storage systems).
· Access controls restricting access to personal information to authorized Team members only.
· Regular security audits and updates to address emerging vulnerabilities.
Please note: No security measures are entirely infallible. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the App at your own risk. We recommend protecting your account with a strong, unique password and avoiding sharing login credentials.
You hold the following rights regarding your personal information, which you may exercise at any time:

· Right to Correction: Submit a request to update or correct inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated personal information.

Your continued use of Wentee after the effective date of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
Wentee is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 17 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personal information from Children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a Child, we will immediately delete the data from our records and terminate the Child’s access to the App.
Parents or legal guardians who believe their Child has provided personal information to us may contact yeyun911205@outlook.com to request the deletion of such data.
